Southern Venue Love: 14Tenn – Nashville, TNNashville Venues |
With natural light pouring into the wedding venue from all angles, 14Tenn in Nashville, Tennessee is a sought-after event space for holding weddings and events of all shapes and sizes. As one of the venue’s exclusive vendors, we adore designing and dressing this space with our unique wedding and party rentals. The gorgeous, well-lit event venue becomes something new each and every time we get the opportunity to create events there. Crisp white walls, warm wood floors, and obscenely large windows create the perfect canvas.
For a recent style shoot with Styled Shoots Across America, we had the opportunity to create a luxe and inviting wedding look at this Middle Tennessee wedding venue. Our Saylor Navy Velvet Sofa and Chairs brought a welcome pop of color to the serene and modern space. We added our Navy Rug for warmth and comfort (guests always love an inviting space to sit and chat). When working with white walls and wood floors, we jump at the chance to bring in gold accents. The color combination always creates a swoon-worthy – almost ethereal – look that brides and grooms look for on their wedding day. We brought in our Gold Chiavari Chairs to evoke that magical, blissful feeling that all wedding days should have!
For the wedding reception portion of the design, we combined rustic elements with rich, warm colors. Our Fruitwood Farm Table and mismatched white vintage chairs were both inviting and rustic. To up the elegance a bit, we added Magnolia Green Velvet Linens, Hob Nob Glassware, and Gold Accent China.

Nashville Baby Guide Launch ~ The Lodge in Franklin
Kid-friendly spaces at events help children feel special while allowing for overall seamless event design. When creating and designing events for clients, we see no reason why the little ones can’t also have adorable areas to sit and eat! From whimsical pink and white chairs to adorably sophisticated cross-back chairs and beyond, we believe matching the kid areas with the rest of the event is a wonderful way to say “ultimate chic”. We recently created a few kid-approved looks for the Nashville Baby Guide Launch Party. If you’re here for sweet pink, charming blue, and trendy flamingos, then you’re in the right place! Pairing our Pink Chiavari Children’s Chair with our classy Fruitwood Children’s Farm Table, we designed inviting spaces for kids to enjoy oops-free meals on our Melamine Dinnerware. The kids’ areas coordinated beautifully with sophisticated adult areas. Hob Nob Glassware and Fuschia Etched Velvet Linens helped hold the playful vibe while staying “grown-up” and chic.
Pro tip: Simple activities such as adorable coloring areas help keep children busy while moms enjoy their “Mom-osas”

Southern Love: Teal and Living Coral at CJ’s off the SquareEvents and Style Shoots, Southern Events Products |
2019’s Pantone Color of the Year is Living Coral, and we have all the heart-eyes for this color! There are tons of ways to go about incorporating Living Coral: sweet, feminine, classy, Southern…the ideas go on and on. Here, we are in love with how the spunky color combination of teal and coral can evoke both glam as well as fun vibes. If you’re looking to incorporate 2019’s Pantone Color of the Year – Living Coral – we think this is a fabulous way to do it. We adore how the color pops up in a myriad of ways at this Spring Tasting Event at CJs off the Square (even down to the adorable cocktail).
This glam and fun theme incorporates gold, mismatched and detailed dinnerware, and our swoon-worthy Farrah Teal Velvet Chair. The teal color woven through the theme takes the coral to a new level. The Tessa Tufted Beige Loveseat just had to be part of this look, with the glam and fun lines on the piece calling out to be included in this Coral shin-dig.
Poppies and other coral floral designs–along with coral linens–accented the event, assisting the teal and coral theme in adding to the glam and fun vibes.

Graduation party season is upon us! It’s sentimental, nostalgic, and cheerful… all at once. As you get ready to plan a graduation party for your senior, there’s a lot to consider. Will it be outside? Set the Scene
First, let’s set the scene. If your graduation party is going to be outside, consider one of our Tent Pop-Up Packages. You can coordinate the linens that come with your package to match school colors for added festiveness! Outside Events

Our team at Southern Events Party Rental Company loved lending our distinct event rentals to help Nashville’s own Premier | The Entertainment Company showcase their available and upcoming services. Hosted at Eugenia Hall, this intimate, invitation-only event for local event and wedding planners was an all-out Nashville good time!
We created an ultra-modern aesthetic that emulated Premier’s cutting-edge entertainment services. This reception style event was the perfect place to show of some of our new modern lounge pieces and acrylic chairs. These sleek but comfortable pieces are the perfect way to instantly transform any venue into a modern and chic space!
In the lounge, we paired our delightfully whimsical Acrylic Fantasma Side Chairs with our Echo Silver Mirror Side Tables for a luxe modern look. Our cozy London Loveseats, decked out with textured throw pillows, added more comfortable seating for guests as they explored Premier’s sound and entertainment offerings. We created a complementary but separate bar space nearby with our Acrylic Casper Oval Back Barstool and Jackson Silver Bistro Tables – perfect for creating a visually arresting and inviting seating area. Industry professionals sipped craft cocktails prepared by local mixologist J.Jackson and enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres prepared by Dream Events & Catering.
