Southern Events is a full-service event rental company based in Franklin, Tennessee, serving greater Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Leiper’s Fork, and Spring Hill. For over 20 years, we’ve provided rentals, delivery, on-site installation, and breakdown for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings of all sizes.

We’ve been part of a lot of events over the years, and we know what matters most. Rentals should arrive on time, be in excellent condition, and be handled with care. Our role is to make sure that everything is in place so you can focus on your guests and the experience you’re creating.

Southern Events began in a garage and has grown steadily alongside other businesses in the local event industry. Over time, those shared experiences have turned into strong, lasting relationships with venues, planners, and organizations across the area.

Today, our team includes nearly fifty full- and part-time staff who play a role in everything from warehouse operations to on-site installation. That growth hasn’t changed our approach. We remain deeply committed to our clients, their events, and the people behind them.

Many of the relationships we’ve built over the years continue today, with clients returning for multiple events and milestones. Being a small part of those moments is something we value, and it continues to shape how we show up for every event.
