Virtual Meetings
Whether you are planning your event from out of state or simply lack the time to visit our showroom, we’ve got you covered. We are glad to offer virtual meetings as an alternative to in-person meetings, at which time we can discuss and hone in on the details of your event, collaborate on the design and determine the most suitable event rentals.

Design Boards
Put your Pinterest board to good use! Send inspiration photos to our on-staff Event Consultant and receive a custom design board. Using your photos we will recommend rentals that align with your vision to assist you in creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing event design.
Event Layouts
With a venue booked, our Event Consultant will walk you through different floor plan options. We will discuss the most functional layout for the space, while taking into consideration the type of event you are hosting. In addition, we will be able to recommend rentals, from tables to chairs and staging options, that can be used to achieve your room layout.

Southern Love: Emerald & Gold Event Design at the Rutherford Society GalaEvents and Style Shoots, Southern Events Products |

Emerald and gold speaks to opulence and set the tone for the event design at the 13th Annual Rutherford Society Gala. A black-tie affair, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville in southeast Murfreesboro was transformed into an elegant affair. A mix of vibrant and deep greens, white furniture and golden accents made for a luxurious setting.
It is easy to take emerald and gold event design and end up over the top. With beautiful but simple pieces, a chic and functional space is possible. Alongside a pleasing aesthetic our aim is to eliminate any feelings of claustrophobia. It is a cocktail hour after all! Pieces like our Pearce Furniture, a chic modular lounge, and bistro tables will prompt guests towards social areas for a drink well throughout the evening.
The elegant layout and grandeur spilled over to the main ballroom for a 3-course meal. Paired with rich velvet tablecloths and white linens are the perfect amount of gold metallics to make it all pop! This includes Chiavari Chairs, gold-rimmed Athena Plates, and Austin Flatware. A touch of fresh florals in clear glass vases goes on to add some natural beauty.

When we lose a loved one we want to create a celebration that represents them. Celebrations of life are similar to memorial services but often take place after a funeral – or sometimes in place of a funeral altogether. This gives you more time to create a personalized celebration that truly represents your lost loved one. Get inspired by a recent regal celebration of life party in Nashville, Tennessee.
Bistro Tables
Celebrations of life are a time for people to come together or reconnect with loved ones. Bistro tables make for a great place for people to gather and chat, especially if drinks or appetizers are being served. Nashville Baby Guide Launch ~ The Lodge in Franklin
Kid-friendly spaces at events help children feel special while allowing for overall seamless event design. When creating and designing events for clients, we see no reason why the little ones can’t also have adorable areas to sit and eat! From whimsical pink and white chairs to adorably sophisticated cross-back chairs and beyond, we believe matching the kid areas with the rest of the event is a wonderful way to say “ultimate chic”. We recently created a few kid-approved looks for the Nashville Baby Guide Launch Party. If you’re here for sweet pink, charming blue, and trendy flamingos, then you’re in the right place! Pairing our Pink Chiavari Children’s Chair with our classy Fruitwood Children’s Farm Table, we designed inviting spaces for kids to enjoy oops-free meals on our Melamine Dinnerware. The kids’ areas coordinated beautifully with sophisticated adult areas. Hob Nob Glassware and Fuschia Etched Velvet Linens helped hold the playful vibe while staying “grown-up” and chic.

2019’s Pantone Color of the Year is Living Coral, and we have all the heart-eyes for this color! There are tons of ways to go about incorporating Living Coral: sweet, feminine, classy, Southern…the ideas go on and on. Here, we are in love with how the spunky color combination of teal and coral can evoke both glam as well as fun vibes. If you’re looking to incorporate 2019’s Pantone Color of the Year – Living Coral – we think this is a fabulous way to do it. We adore how the color pops up in a myriad of ways at this Spring Tasting Event at CJs off the Square (even down to the adorable cocktail).
This glam and fun theme incorporates gold, mismatched and detailed dinnerware, and our swoon-worthy Farrah Teal Velvet Chair. The teal color woven through the theme takes the coral to a new level. The Tessa Tufted Beige Loveseat just had to be part of this look, with the glam and fun lines on the piece calling out to be included in this Coral shin-dig.
Poppies and other coral floral designs–along with coral linens–accented the event, assisting the teal and coral theme in adding to the glam and fun vibes.

Graduation party season is upon us! It’s sentimental, nostalgic, and cheerful… all at once. As you get ready to plan a graduation party for your senior, there’s a lot to consider. Will it be outside? Set the Scene
First, let’s set the scene. If your graduation party is going to be outside, consider one of our Tent Pop-Up Packages.
