Southern Events was so thrilled to be back for the 2018 Heritage Ball at the Eastern Flank Battlefield Park in Franklin, Tennessee. The Heritage Ball plays a proud part in the preservation of historic Downtown Franklin, and is the longest-running annual event in local history! Team Southern has been a proud sponsor for years and this year, our distinct event rentals were designed to create a fresh and fun “tie-dye” extravaganza. Modern party rentals combined with brightly colored details made for an absolutely jaw-dropping event!

This year’s heritage ball was a colorful event, combining some of our newest rentals in chic hues of blue with bright blooms. In the lounge area, our new Rory Navy Velvet Chair and Farrah Teal Velvet Chairs were set up alongside the Marine Navy Velvet Sofa for a luxe design. Old favorites, like our White Leather Mercer Lounge Collection were gorgeous under gold light fixtures from Bright Events Productions. Lounge areas were brought together with our new Aqua Rugs and our well-loved Cece Side Tables as well as tie-dyed pillows in various shades of blue.

For drinks, several of our Harpeth Bars were set up throughout the large tent including our curved Harpeth Bar – a real show stopper! Custom inserts featuring the invitation’s design were added to the front of each bar – a unique feature that allows full customization to fit your event design. Hundred of glasses from our Pure Glassware Collection were on deck, making sure guests wouldn’t go thirsty!

Guest tables featured our Gold Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Cushions around ivory dressed tables accented by colorful blooms. In addition, our new Acrylic Ghost Armless Chairs made an appearance with circular acrylic topped tables, bringing a modern element and breaking up the more traditional design. Our White Round China was set atop our Glass Chargers with Gold Rim and our Austin Gold Flatware or Sophia Flatware with Cybil Glassware finished the understated look. Guests tables were centered around a black & white dance floor, were guests would boogie down until late into the night.

The vision for this year’s Heritage Ball came together so beautifully – and the bright pops of color added a fun and fresh design to an event that celebrates our great Franklin traditions. From the bright blues and vibrant aquas, this year’s Ball was truly a sight to be seen.

Our Nashville event rentals were on display at our most recent styled shoot at Nashville’s White Dove Barn, where we dreamed up a boho fall wedding design with some amazing vendor friends!

The scene was set perfectly for our Fall-inspired boho wedding style shoot with Harlin Dining Chairs bringing natural wood to a beautiful white canvas. Our Bennett Leather Sofa was paired with the London Love Seat and Winstead Grey Tufted Bench for an impeccably chic style.

The elegant boho fall wedding tablescape started with charcoal gray linens, where Pure Glassware added striking cleaning lines next to the whimsical centerpiece by the amazing Kennedy Occasions and Feather and Oak Tennessee. Peachy-taupe taper candles from Creative Candles added a bit of romance, while our Carerra Marble Dinner Plates and gold Austin Flatware pulled the gold and gray accents together for a perfect design.

Our team at Southern Events Party Rental Company loved lending our distinct event rentals to help Nashville’s own Premier | The Entertainment Company showcase their available and upcoming services. Hosted at Eugenia Hall, this intimate, invitation-only event for local event and wedding planners was an all-out Nashville good time!

We created an ultra-modern aesthetic that emulated Premier’s cutting-edge entertainment services. This reception style event was the perfect place to show of some of our new modern lounge pieces and acrylic chairs. These sleek but comfortable pieces are the perfect way to instantly transform any venue into a modern and chic space!

In the lounge, we paired our delightfully whimsical Acrylic Fantasma Side Chairs with our Echo Silver Mirror Side Tables for a luxe modern look. Our cozy London Loveseats, decked out with textured throw pillows, added more comfortable seating for guests as they explored Premier’s sound and entertainment offerings. We created a complementary but separate bar space nearby with our Acrylic Casper Oval Back Barstool and Jackson Silver Bistro Tables – perfect for creating a visually arresting and inviting seating area. Industry professionals sipped craft cocktails prepared by local mixologist J.Jackson and enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres prepared by Dream Events & Catering.

We were honored to work with St. Jude’s Farm, Fork & Cork, where our distinct rentals elevated the fundraising efforts of an important cause. Six of Nashville’s best chefs created a meal for over 300 guests at the private Franklin, TN farm of Michael W. Smith. Generous donors were treated to an upscale event with a thoughtful design, featuring natural elements. The contributions from this charity event helped to ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.

Our fundraiser event rentals played up the farm-to-table culinary experience accented by our Harlin Dining Chairs, round guest tables and long Fruitwood Farm Tables, featuring fresh produce & candlelight centerpieces. Classic Madison glassware was set on the tables alongside our popular gold Austin flatware, adding gold detail to each place setting. Attendees dined on our Earthen China Collection, with an Onyx Dinner Plate and Alabaster Salad Plate. Our distinct rentals were a beautiful addition to a great cause – donors were grateful for a beautiful evening out supporting a massively important cause!

Looking for a chic way to set up a display of beverages? Having your bar display refreshments in a buffet-style is something we love seeing at Nashville events. Our Harpeth Bar is the latest piece added to our catalog, with chic clean lines and stunning architecture. The recessed inset allows you to customize each bar to fit your event with your company logo, lite panels or floral inserts. Placing our favorite Cybil Glassware alongside bottles of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic options allows guests to serve themselves at smaller events.

Another great option for using bars to display beverages is setting up infused water stations throughout the venue. Nothing says “Nashville Party” like Whiskey! Displaying fun desserts on a Whiskey Bar is a unique and fun way to incorporate southern fun with a sweet tooth. We’ve got plenty of pedestals to choose from, and our Wyatt Pedestal Cake Stands looks especially dreamy on a Whiskey Bar.

We also love setting up the Remington Bar Stools with Whiskey Barrel Bars to create extra high-top tables for the cocktail hour. Modern romance was the vision for our inspiration style shoot at the breathtaking Estate at Cherokee Dock in Nashville, TN. The shoot featured a dreamy pink, white and gold color palette as ee partnered with the wedding planning team from It Takes Two. Pairing romantic vintage rentals with sleek, modern rentals to create this look, we’re in love with the results!

White draping under a gorgeous magnolia tree on the estate provided the perfect canvas for a romantic outdoor affair. For our garden dining area, we paired vintage inspired Adeline Dining Chairs with Ivory Luxe Linens for texture and romantic style. Our table setting included our elegant Gatsby Champagne Coupe, Madison Glassware, and charming Darcy China combined with metallic modern accents. Our gold Austin Flatware, Vera Floral Gold Accent Dessert Plate, and Medallion Gold Glass Charger provided just enough sparkle while a beautiful floral centerpiece by Petals and Fields tied everything together.

For the ceremony, Acrylic Ghost Chairs provided an unexpected touch of modern style to the ceremony, completing the marriage modern and romantic. A few of our favorite vintage pieces, including our Vintage Harper Couch and Leona Coffee Table, were used to create intimate lounge area while our Acrylic Rectangle Containers tied back to the other modern touches.

The fabulous cake by Lillian Lane Bakery was displayed on an elegant White Chiffon Runner over our Isabel Oval Table, and surrounded the gorgeous confection with candlelight, set off in our Davis Glass Cylinders. So much to love!

We were delighted to work with the team at Double Creek Farms in beautiful Culleoka, TN to create this gorgeous, gothic rustic wedding inspiration. Mood elegance with chic rustic details is a favorite wedding trend and the warm wood walls and soaring arched ceilings of this gorgeous wedding venue south of Nashville provided the perfect backdrop.

Lush greenery wove through gold and marble accents, including our Carrera Marble Dinner Plates. Each color set off perfectly against our White Washed Farm Tables and soft blush linens. This moody, dramatic design with a rustic twist is perfect for upcoming fall weddings or winter celebrations and parties.

For our table settings, we paired our popular Austin Flatware and the gorgeous Carrera Marble Dinner Plates with our glass Belmont Charger and Pure Glassware. The result was a mix of modern wedding design with stunning vintage elegance! Subtle color from our Wedgewood Poly and Blush Shimmer linens completed the event design white gold geometric accents like our Gold Metal Sphere added sparkle to the tablescape.
