Bonus Tip! Neutral Accents

Too much of a good thing applies when styling an event with metallics: ground your design with neutral elements, like our Grayson Farm Tables or Ghost Chairs. Better yet, combine them together for an optical illusion: the lucite and gray can combine to look silver with the right lighting & design. Add a Chiffon Runner and set with your favorite metallic tableware for a winter wonderland-inspired tablescape.

Red Carpets

Rolling out the Red Carpet is a fun way to express gratitude to your team to show them how much you appreciate their work. We love how much fun guests have when they walk down – such a fun added touch!

Folding Screens and Stanchions

Folding Screens and Stanchions are another great way to break up a massive room design and control foot traffic. Think about different stations being set up (check in station, information station, etc) and how you’ll want to create good foot traffic flow and obvious signage. Prevent long lines from overwhelming with stanchions placed strategically, and have folding screens act as the backdrop to various stations creating a “room within a room” look without setting up a wall.

Unique Stage Seating

Looking for a way bring beautiful design to your company event? We love how our Bennett Sofa, Eiffel Chairs, Adeline Chairs, or other Vintage Chairs look on stage, or placed throughout key points.

Shannon and Tom are two wonderful New Yorkers who wanted to throw a larger-than-life Southern picnic wedding. Their whimsical day was held at Green Door Gourmet, a working farm in West Nashville. For the ceremony, family and friends were invited to have a seat in our White Folding Chairs while the newlyweds exchanged vows under the Cedar Arbor. Guests were then treated to a cocktail hour with our Bistro Tables draped and tied with a Slate Poly linen.

For the reception, this grand soiree with a large guest list took advantage of the duel-level barn seating with round tables upstairs and rectangular tables on the main level. The Slate Blue was carried into the reception, accented by a Red and White Check Napkin, creating a whimsical nod to the farm venue. The newlyweds sat amongst their guests in Cross-Back Chairs and enjoyed their first meal as Mr. and Mrs. with our Cameron Flatware.

Thanks to the ladies at Modern Vintage Events for pulling all the fun details together. The wedding design delighted not only the newlyweds and their guests, as Shannon and Tom’s big day was featured on Style Me Pretty! Such a fun and upscale take on a farm wedding. Thanks to Cassidy Carson for the stunning photos!

We are always so excited to be a part of A Very Marry Occasion, where Nashville’s top wedding vendors come together for a truly stunning style showcase. The theme was Organic Luxe and CJ’s Off the Square was the perfect venue – the outdoor garden space lends itself perfectly to being both organic and luxe with ease! Here’s how we made it all happen:

Cross-back Chairs in natural wood were paired with the Grayson Farm Tables for a stunning dining design. To add more luxe, our Hob Nob Glassware collection was on full display with both the water goblet and the wine glass giving a vintage vibe without being too whimsical. All this combined with our Abby Fine Silver flatware and a gorgeous Mediterranean Satin Linen made for a stunning styled tablescape, only to be enhanced even more by the stunning floral centerpieces by Enchanted Florist – swoon!

To mix up the seating arrangements, our 65″ Round Farm Table was incorporated into the floor plan, opposite of the sweetheart table. Speaking of the sweetheart table, a mini White-Wash Farm Table was used with our Tessa Tufted Loveseat – the perfect way for a bride and groom to enjoy their first married meal together. Our feminine Darcy Bone China next to the Hob Knob glassware and Gatsby Champagne Coupe were the perfect touches to the tablescape, adding more elegance to an already luxe design.

In the garden area, we incorporated the Farm Style Bistro Tables for easy but stylish mingling. We love when couples opt to keep the decor all in the family – the various farm style tables are beautiful together, yet purposefully unique enough to not look too uniform.

Also in the garden, we made sure to provide comfortable outdoor seating by bringing in our Sutton Furniture Collection. The Mediterranean color was the perfect way to tie in those blue linens on the dining table, keeping every part of the decor and theme beautifully cohesive. The Enchanted Florist helped elevate our rentals again by placing thoughtful low arrangements on the furniture, bringing out the colors of the gorgeous garden and the Organic Luxe theme itself.

Thank you so much to Phindy Studios for the photos! It was a very marry occasion, indeed.

Thank you to all the vendors involved! We love working with each one of you. Wolfe Gourmet Cakes, CJ’s Off the Square, Enchanted Florist, McConnell Hospitality Group, Phindy Studios Photography, and Premier Entertainment Company.

Katherine + Weston’s garden wedding at CJ’s Off the Square was held on a gorgeous fall day. Their gold and navy color scheme served as an elegant and sophisticated backdrop to the vibrant fall-inspired florals, arranged by the talented team at Enchanted Florist! Our Ivory Luxe Designer Table Cloths, Gold Lacquer Chargers, Midnight Navy Poly Napkins, and Austin Gold Flatware added a touch of glam and sophistication to the reception scene. The couple’s sweetheart table used our Fruitwood Farm Table lined with our Bessie Ivory Lace Runner. Our Smooth Gold Finish 18″ Round Cake Plateau made a lovely and sophisticated cake display! A beautiful Big Day for this happy couple, start to finish!

Thanks again to Amy Nicole Photography for capturing these images for us!

Julie and Andrew held their timeless garden wedding at CJ’s Off the Square. Their style was simple and elegant so we chose our Gold Chiavari Chairs, White Dupioni Tablecloths, White Poly Linens, Belmont Chargers, and Abbey Fine Silver Flatware to adorn their reception tables. Such a classic final look for this beautiful couple’s Big Day!

Thanks to the talented Jenna Henderson Photography for sharing these gorgeous images with us!

Last year’s NotWedding in Nashville a hipster vintage vibe , while this year’s decor took a softer and more romantic turn.  The theme was ‘down to earth’ and the vendor team pulled off another stunner full of gorgeous details and loads of earthy elegance.  Hosted again at Cannery Ballroom, Black Chiavari Chairs were used for the ceremony – with a stunning floral focal point, the space had a cool, industrial feel.  The reception used more natural elements with a variety of centerpieces as well as our Oatmeal Linens, White Wooden Folding Chairs and Artisan China.  Two of the three wedding cakes on display rested atop our Gold Windsor and Round Fruitwood Cake Plateaus.  Plenty to inspired earthy, boho brides and grooms!

All images below are from Maile Lani Photography except one – noted below.  There were three great photographers for this event – each focusing on different aspects of the day.  Ruffled Blog has more of these images in their feature from last month – enjoy!

Jena and Trent’s daytime wedding was a fun and festive occasion where C-O-L-O-R was practically a guest of honor!  Hosted at the Governors Club in Nashville, the bride happens to be the younger sister of Nashville wedding planner Emily Kennedy of Kennedy Occasions.  Together they designed the hyper-color theme and created many of the fun wedding details (including the pinwheel backdrop and ribbon chandeliers).  Our Fruitwood Farm Tables, Cross-back Chairs, Rustic Benches, and Gold Chargers can all be seen below for the electric and stunning design!

Krista Lee Photography shared her gorgeous pictures from the festive day with us – and we were the only ones who thought they were splendid.  The colorful wedding was featured on the Wedding Chicks blog, too. Or, check out this Bright Winter Wedding at the Noelle Hotel for an equally whimsical but sophisticated hotel wedding aesthetic.  Congrats to the happy couple!

Nothing quite says spring like a garden filled with soft pastels.  Our watercolor themed shoot worked beautifully in the gardens of CJ’s Off the Square.  Known for their full service wedding styling and all-inclusive event packages, this historic venue is a favorite of ours.  Events and weddings here often feature pieces from our Vintage Prop Shoppe – including our Cora couch and Marjorie vintage coffee table below – they just look so perfect together!

The dreamy images are courtesy of Amy Nicole Photography – she also shot last summer’s Nashville Venue Crawl at Houston Station and is fast becoming a favorite of ours.  Enjoy!
