#1 Modern Luxe Tablescape

For this modern seaside-inspired Southern tablescape, we used our Navy Blue Velvet Linens, Earthen China, Davis Glassware and Brushed Copper Flatware. Our Acrylic Armless Ghost Chairs once again keep this relaxed tablescape modern. Plus, we love using navy as a neutral, especially when it’s velvet.

#3 Modern Tuscan Southern Tablescape

Give your event a modern Tuscan feel! With patterned dinnerware, aqua linens and an oversized, this modern southern tablescape just needs wine! Featuring our Coronado China, Earthen China, Sofia Flatware, Davis Glassware, Ocean Blue Velvet Linens, Dove Gray Chiffon Runner, and Acrylic Armless Ghost Chairs. Our team at Southern Events Party Rental Company loved lending our distinct event rentals to help Nashville’s own Premier | The Entertainment Company showcase their available and upcoming services. Hosted at Eugenia Hall, this intimate, invitation-only event for local event and wedding planners was an all-out Nashville good time!

We created an ultra-modern aesthetic that emulated Premier’s cutting-edge entertainment services. This reception style event was the perfect place to show of some of our new modern lounge pieces and acrylic chairs. These sleek but comfortable pieces are the perfect way to instantly transform any venue into a modern and chic space!

In the lounge, we paired our delightfully whimsical Acrylic Fantasma Side Chairs with our Echo Silver Mirror Side Tables for a luxe modern look. Our cozy London Loveseats, decked out with textured throw pillows, added more comfortable seating for guests as they explored Premier’s sound and entertainment offerings. We created a complementary but separate bar space nearby with our Acrylic Casper Oval Back Barstool and Jackson Silver Bistro Tables – perfect for creating a visually arresting and inviting seating area. Industry professionals sipped craft cocktails prepared by local mixologist J.Jackson and enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres prepared by Dream Events & Catering.

We were honored to work with St. Jude’s Farm, Fork & Cork, where our distinct rentals elevated the fundraising efforts of an important cause. Six of Nashville’s best chefs created a meal for over 300 guests at the private Franklin, TN farm of Michael W. Smith. Generous donors were treated to an upscale event with a thoughtful design, featuring natural elements. The contributions from this charity event helped to ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.

Our fundraiser event rentals played up the farm-to-table culinary experience accented by our Harlin Dining Chairs, round guest tables and long Fruitwood Farm Tables, featuring fresh produce & candlelight centerpieces. Classic Madison glassware was set on the tables alongside our popular gold Austin flatware, adding gold detail to each place setting. Attendees dined on our Earthen China Collection, with an Onyx Dinner Plate and Alabaster Salad Plate. Our distinct rentals were a beautiful addition to a great cause – donors were grateful for a beautiful evening out supporting a massively important cause!

We had the most amazing time at City Winery Nashville‘s Open House, where our distinct wedding rentals helped redefine the unique downtown Nashville wedding space. We love coming here and how our different rentals can change the space – check out the previous open house we partnered on at City Winery! This time, our team mixed modern elements with rustic foundations and some of our newest rentals creating a jaw-dropping design for weddings and couples.

Upstairs, our Adeline Dining Chairs were displayed with City Winery’s large family style table. The rustic vibe of the wooden furniture was accented beautifully by modern place settings, including the Pure Glassware, Rouge Round Chargers, and Earthen China in Alabaster and Stone. As a centerpiece, votive candles and garland were placed in our new Acrylic Rectangle Container.

A lounge area was designed with two Santorini Sofas and Winstead Grey Tufted Bench atop the new Cow Hide Rug. It was all situated beautifully beneath the stunning chandelier as a great informal area for guests to chit-chat.

In the large concert area, we set-up additional tablescapes using our loved Harlin Dining Chairs as guest seating. Ghost Chairs, Charcoal Satin Linen, and Gold Metal Intersect Cubes decorated round tables beneath more beautiful chandeliers. On stage, we debuted our new Gray and Blush Area Rug with a Grayson Farm Table, Gold Metal Intersect Cubes, and Belmont Glass Beaded Chargers.

Just outside the bar area, another lounge area featuring modern wedding rentals with our Metallic Cow Hide Rug was on display. Mercer Leather Couches, Mercer White Ottomans, Silver Throw Pillows and our new Cheval Gold Side Tables were styled together for a modern and chic design.

A side table that glistens adds depth to an event’s style. The Cheval Gold Mirrored Table comes in two sizes (large and small) has striking lines in a metallic finish, ideal for a modern design. Floral Printed Dance Floor

An inspirational dance floor really elevates the entire look of an event – when the design is coordinated from top to literally bottom, it stands out in a marvelous way! The new Floral Printed Dance Floor features oversize prints in various corners of the dance floor. Peonies in a barely-there pink are featured, allows the elegance to carry over from dinner to dancing. We loved it at the Heritage Ball 2017 as an entry into the main space – the striking and romantic design had guests swooning!

Barn weddings have become a staple of Southern living and the recent open house at Allenbrooke Farms in Spring Hill, Tennessee gave us a blank canvas to reimagine rustic farm weddings. The working organic farm features a new climate control 5800 square feet barn, custom built to host the perfect elegant farm wedding.

The venue includes its own farm tables and cross-back chairs and we love how dark wood of these pieces contrasted with the lighter wood of the barn, creating a beautiful space for the four different place settings we created with their team. Our first tablescape was a classic and understated rustic look featuring our Wood Round Charger, Alabaster Earthen China, and Lincoln Flatware for a simple place setting. A gold tablescape took advantage of our most popular rentals, combining our Gold Round Lacquer Charger and Gold Austin Flatware with varied Gold Heirloom China for a rich vintage feel. A more modern place setting saw our Gold Austin Flatware next to the Glass Belmont Charger with Beaded Edge. When topped with Alabaster Earthen China and Heritage Gray Napkin, this look was a preppier take on the rustic setting. The final tablescape was a dramatic burst of gold and pink with rich blooms from The Enchanted Florist. A Gold Charger was topped with our Alabaster Earthen China and our new Kate Salad Dessert Plate in gold polka dots. Our Gold Metal Intersect Cube completed the look as the centerpiece, styled perfectly to add a little glam to this beautiful barn.  Each look was stunning in its own right and showed off the versatility of the venue. We look forward to the many events they will host!

We love the idea of staying ahead of the trends and incorporating colors that are sure to be seen and well loved on both runways and inside homes for the next couple of years. Care to join us? NIAGARA – The Amanda Chair is the perfect way to bring in Niagara – a moody, denim-like shade of blue – to any celebration or event. PRIMROSE – Bring on the fun with the bright and joyful yellow that is primrose. Incorporate the vitality and excitement of this shade in your event with beautiful vintage pieces in a variety of bright yellow shades. Our Sunny Rolling Cart is the perfect vintage piece to hold your photo booth props, or even displaying your forks, napkins, plates, etc. Keep the pop of primrose throughout by incorporating some of our wooden beverage crates – Pepsi, Double Cola, and Sun Drop crates are all shades of yellow!
