Warm Color Palettes

Pantone set the stage for this warming color trend, choosing Living Coral as their 2019 Pantone Color of the Year. Chic and Modern with a Touch of Rustic: Weddings Rentals at City Winery

We had the most amazing time at City Winery Nashville‘s Open House, where our distinct wedding rentals helped redefine the unique downtown Nashville wedding space. We love coming here and how our different rentals can change the space – check out the previous open house we partnered on at City Winery! This time, our team mixed modern elements with rustic foundations and some of our newest rentals creating a jaw-dropping design for weddings and couples.

Upstairs, our Adeline Dining Chairs were displayed with City Winery’s large family style table. The rustic vibe of the wooden furniture was accented beautifully by modern place settings, including the Pure Glassware, Rouge Round Chargers, and Earthen China in Alabaster and Stone. As a centerpiece, votive candles and garland were placed in our new Acrylic Rectangle Container.

A lounge area was designed with two Santorini Sofas and Winstead Grey Tufted Bench atop the new Cow Hide Rug. It was all situated beautifully beneath the stunning chandelier as a great informal area for guests to chit-chat.

In the large concert area, we set-up additional tablescapes using our loved Harlin Dining Chairs as guest seating. Ghost Chairs, Charcoal Satin Linen, and Gold Metal Intersect Cubes decorated round tables beneath more beautiful chandeliers. On stage, we debuted our new Gray and Blush Area Rug with a Grayson Farm Table, Gold Metal Intersect Cubes, and Belmont Glass Beaded Chargers.

Just outside the bar area, another lounge area featuring modern wedding rentals with our Metallic Cow Hide Rug was on display. Mercer Leather Couches, Mercer White Ottomans, Silver Throw Pillows and our new Cheval Gold Side Tables were styled together for a modern and chic design.

Event Inspiration: Fur-Baby Friendly Valentine’s Party

Southern Events had the best time helping the Nashville Cavaliers celebrate puppy love at their Valentine’s Day Party… aka the CALentine’s PAWty! We were pleased as punch to work with the wonderful Fete Nashville and Enchanted Florist, providing some of our sweetest rentals for the adorable affair.

White wash Farm Bistro Tables were on display and used to show delectable desserts for both canines and their humans. Our Hob Knob Glassware was a delightfully whimsical touch for the puppies’ people to sip and mingle, while darling dogs were treated to the yummiest treats! Our Children’s Farm Tables and Children’s Cross Back Chairs paired perfectly together and were just the right height for the sweet pups to enjoy a delicious snack. The fruitwood from the tables and natural wood from the chairs were a perfect accent and looked even more stunning with florals from Enchanted Florist. And because everyone loves a lounge area, the Cavaliers were treated to one as well with our Black & White Stripe Cabana Bench and the always gorgeous White Trellis Side Table.

This role is hands-on and fast paced. Our team spends the day on the move loading trucks, delivering event rentals, and transforming venues from empty spaces into fully set celebrations.

What the job involves:
• Loading and unloading tables, chairs, linens, bars, and event equipment
• Driving delivery trucks to venues throughout the Nashville and Franklin area
• Setting up and breaking down event layouts according to floor plans
• Physical work and heavy lifting while working on your feet throughout the day
• Communicating with clients and venue staff during deliveries and setups
• Carefully handling inventory to keep our equipment in great condition

Not every wedding needs a big design moment to feel finished.

Ceremony on the lawn with fruitwood chairs and simple white bows. A clean welcome setup that does its job without asking for attention. Then inside, long banquet tables in all white, set against brick that brings in just enough contrast.
