We had the most amazing time at City Winery Nashville‘s Open House, where our distinct wedding rentals helped redefine the unique downtown Nashville wedding space. We love coming here and how our different rentals can change the space – check out the previous open house we partnered on at City Winery! This time, our team mixed modern elements with rustic foundations and some of our newest rentals creating a jaw-dropping design for weddings and couples.

Upstairs, our Adeline Dining Chairs were displayed with City Winery’s large family style table. The rustic vibe of the wooden furniture was accented beautifully by modern place settings, including the Pure Glassware, Rouge Round Chargers, and Earthen China in Alabaster and Stone. As a centerpiece, votive candles and garland were placed in our new Acrylic Rectangle Container.

A lounge area was designed with two Santorini Sofas and Winstead Grey Tufted Bench atop the new Cow Hide Rug. It was all situated beautifully beneath the stunning chandelier as a great informal area for guests to chit-chat.

In the large concert area, we set-up additional tablescapes using our loved Harlin Dining Chairs as guest seating. Ghost Chairs, Charcoal Satin Linen, and Gold Metal Intersect Cubes decorated round tables beneath more beautiful chandeliers. On stage, we debuted our new Gray and Blush Area Rug with a Grayson Farm Table, Gold Metal Intersect Cubes, and Belmont Glass Beaded Chargers.

Just outside the bar area, another lounge area featuring modern wedding rentals with our Metallic Cow Hide Rug was on display. Mercer Leather Couches, Mercer White Ottomans, Silver Throw Pillows and our new Cheval Gold Side Tables were styled together for a modern and chic design.

Clean, sophisticated lines and chic rustic details were a match made in Nashville heaven at our most recent Styled Shoot. We teamed up with Ruffled Feathers Events and Homestead Manor to transform their space with an inspiring aesthetic. Rustic beauty was literally suspended midair!

Golden metallics sat upon raw, natural wood to create a stunning design – it’s classic rustic southern style all grown up, with modern flourishes and gilded details! For the first setting, our most-loved Austin Flatware sat elegantly next to the Gold Rim Glass Charge, topped with a copper-meets-mauve Russet satin dinner napkin. The second table setting saw Artisan China, Rouge Round Laquer Charger, and Gatsby Champagne Coupes, next to Pure Glassware – such a beautiful metallic rustic modern design!

Acrylic Ghost Chairs provided an enchanting touch of modern to the suspended wooden table. Our Pure Glassware completed the modern touch with sleek, crystalline lines.

Team Southern had the honor of designing a meeting for Tennessee’s Wedding and Events Specialists Association (TWESA) with Homestead Manor recently. We brought along our distinct rentals, including our most loved Mercer Leather Couches and Farm Tables and placed them amongst our newest and most popular rentals, like the Harlin Dining Chairs and Chiffon Runners.

White Leather Mercer Couches and our Nickel Grey Bench with soft velvet fabric and acrylic legs were set up alongside the barn to create lounge areas for meeting attendees to enjoy throughout the event. Inside, tall cocktail tables were draped with Burgundy Red linens and tied together with a satin ribbon. Our Gold Metal Spheres were placed throughout the property for added charm.

Our center tables were dressed as soft golden daydreams, with hues of rose and greys throughout. Dove Grey Chiffon Runners were draped carefully as Harlin Dining Chairs provided a unique architectural touch. Earthen China dinner plates in stone were placed atop Darcy Bone China chargers for a modern design, and our Austin Gold Flatware added a metallic flourish. Satin Rose linen napkins kept things soft and sweet while our Pure Glassware added striking and timeless lines. Gold Metal Intersect Cubes completed the look, with shimmering gold and clean lines for a perfectly crisp, positively beautiful style.

Southern Events was honored to be invited back to the Heritage Ball at the Eastern Flank Battlefield Park in Franklin this September. The Heritage Ball plays a proud part in the preservation of historic Downtown Franklin, and is the longest-running annual event in local history! This year’s lavish ball featured several of our rentals, styled to add an ornate old-world elegance to this Southern tradition.

Most popular rentals, like the Cross-Back Chairs and our London Loveseats, were combined with brand new pieces like our Cecilia Floral Matte Satin Linens and Winstead Gray Tufted Bench for a romantic black-tie affair. Our large selection of furniture created several lounge areas designed to enhance conversation by producing pockets of comfortable seating throughout the venue.

Guests were teased of the romantic vision to come with a lounge featuring our Santorini Couch, Rose Pillows, black flooring with floral details and potted trees in the entry.  Looking up, chandeliers with lush garland enhanced the old-world romantic affair. A variety of lounge areas were situated throughout the perimeters of the space, mixing comfortable couches, vintage chairs, and stylish loveseats with sleek and modern side tables for an ornate design. Guests were welcome to grab a drink at one of the many 8 ft Franklin Bars – each accented by a matching mini 4 ft bar topped with a lush centerpiece.

Guests dined in comfort in our artisan Harlin Dining Chairs, which we paired with our architecturally striking Cross-Back Chairs for added texture. Our new Cecilia Floral Matte Satin Linen and Blush Satin Linen draped gracefully amongst cocktail rounds, while Charcoal Dupioni Satin, Wisteria Matte Satin and Russet Satin Linens were used on dining tables for a uniquely elegant color palette. Attendees were treated to a stunning tablescape with modern elegance and lavish heirloom details thanks to our Austin Flatware, Darcy China, and Medallion Gold Glass Chargers, paired with our striking Pure Glassware. After dinner, guests danced the night away on our Plank Wood Dance Floor.

This stunning event was a dream to bring together, and the reality was more beautiful than we could have imagined. Many, many thanks to the Heritage Society, gala chair, event staff and all of those who came together to celebrate Franklin’s history and future! Special thanks to Phindy Studios for capturing this event so beautifully. We hope to see you all again next year!
