The holiday season is all about gathering around the table with friends and family, creating memories that last long after the last bite of dessert. And here at Southern Events, we believe that a well-dressed table can make those moments even more special. That’s why we’ve put together our carefully curated Styled by Southern boxes—each one designed to bring style, warmth, and personality to your holiday gatherings. From luxurious tablecloths to beautiful glassware, our boxes have everything you need to create a table as memorable as the moments you’ll share around it. We have more than a dozen holiday table decor boxes available, but here are five that we think are fun (maybe even unexpected!) picks for the Thanksgiving season.

Gilded Sage

For a holiday look that’s both lush and refined, our Gilded Sage box is the perfect pick. This elegant set features green floral Liana china that brings a touch of nature to your table, complemented by gold flatware that adds just the right amount of sparkle. Our Gold-Rimmed chargers and Celia glassware continue that golden theme, framing each place setting in a sophisticated glow. Paired with a green tablecloth that perfectly matches the floral china, the Gilded Sage box captures a sense of timeless elegance with a bit of holiday magic. Imagine your table dressed in these soft greens and rich golds—it’s like bringing the beauty of an autumn forest indoors for a warm and welcoming Thanksgiving gathering!

Blossoming Four Seasons

If you’re looking for holiday table decor that’s both cozy and chic, you’ll love our Blossoming Four Seasons box. This set brings the charm of nature’s four seasons to life, right on your table. An earthy floral tablecloth serves as the foundation, while gold chargers and white dishes create a clean, elegant look. Our amber Deco glassware brings a cozy glow to the table, making it feel warm and inviting. And, for a bit of sparkle, the silver Sophia flatware adds a classic touch that feels just right for the season. This box is perfect for anyone who loves a bold, yet earthy look for their holiday table.

Verdant Wonderland

For those looking to break away from the expected, our Verdant Wonderland box brings a fresh, vibrant twist to your holiday table. Featuring a bold blue and green floral tablecloth, this set captures the magic of a lush garden in full bloom. Crisp white china provides a sleek backdrop, while rich, velvet napkins in deep green and blue add a touch of luxurious texture. Gold flatware sparkles with a hint of warmth, and the mint glassware adds a playful, unexpected pop of color. The Verdant Wonderland box is for anyone ready to subvert tradition with a stylish table that’s anything but ordinary.

Cecilia Celebration

For a table that’s as vibrant as it is beautiful, look no further than the Cecilia Celebration box. This set features a stunning Cecilia Floral Matte Satin tablecloth, along with purple and green napkins that add a fresh pop of color. The rattan charger lends a rustic touch, perfectly balanced by crisp white china and green Savoy goblets that bring an unexpected twist. The result is a look that’s both vivid and stylish—perfect for anyone who wants to break away from the traditional holiday palette and celebrate with a bit of personality. The Cecilia Celebration box is sure to make your table the talk of the party!

Minty Marigold

The Minty Marigold box is a delightful twist on fall colors, blending a warm rust tablecloth with cool mint glassware for an unexpected contrast. The olive runner grounds the palette, while copper flatware brings a touch of Thanksgiving harvest charm to your table. The Minty Marigold box brings a breath of fresh air to the holiday season, creating a table setting that’s both inviting and uniquely yours.

Each of these boxes has been thoughtfully curated to bring a touch of elegance and charm to your Thanksgiving gatherings. Once the temperature drops here in Nashville, TN, we begin dreaming about holiday event & party design. Holiday gatherings, dinner parties, winter weddings, and corporate events are right around the corner! There are hundreds of ways to ensure your guests feel all the holiday vibes. A mid-century glam holiday theme with a navy, gold, and white color combination is one of our current favorite holiday looks. Glamorous and full of mid-century nods, you’ll have your guests celebrating Don Draper-style, with a side of chic. Here are the rentals you need to bring this holiday party design to life:

Gold

Gold metallics such as our Loren Bistro Table and Avenue Shelving add clean, sophisticated lines. Other gold elements such as our Champagne Sequin Linen bring in that glam effect.

White

White elements bring in that clean and mod look that is so iconic when it comes to mid-century themes. We suggest using our Harpeth Bar, Mercer Lounge Collection, or Mid-Century Bar Stools!

Navy

Navy is such a luxe neutral, and it really doesn’t get more luxe than navy velvet. Our  Navy Blue Velvet Linens and Rory Navy Velvet Chairs are absolutely perfect for this.
