We have a busy weekend ahead of us, including a great event that we wanted to invite you to attend!  The Perfect Wedding Guide is hosting a Wedding Show this Sunday in downtown Nashville – perfect timing for all those brides and grooms-to-be planning a wedding for later this year or looking to get a head start on a 2015 wedding.

The Nashville Wedding Show takes place on Sunday, June 1 from noon – 4pm at the Music City Center.  Wedding shows are a great opportunity to meet with multiple bridal vendors at once, get inspiration and ideas for your big day, check out the latest in bridal fashions and win awesome prizes (as well as score some great deals)!  Speaking of deals, stop by the Southern Events booth where we will have discounts and specials just for you 🙂

We are betting many of your landed some pretty amazing deals today – now that you are home with your Black Friday finds, we have an opportunity for you to pass on your good fortune to others.  Southern Events is teaming up with Bright Event Productions for their Month of Giving BRIGHT.  During the month of December, we are collecting donations for four local charities – Safe Harbor, Mending Hearts, Yana House and Noah’s Ark.  Our good friend, Laura Little works with these charities year round and we definitely need to shout out her efforts as well to bring all this together.  These local charities work to help men and women coming out of the corrections system get back on their feet, service women with addictions and help save animals from hoarding situations.  With your donations we can help a lot of people and animals in need!

All donations can be brought to the Southern Events Showroom (101 Alpha Drive, Franklin TN) during our regular hours of operation.  You can also bring donations to Bright Event Productions Nashville Office (712 Rundle Ave, Nashville TN) if that is more convenient for you.  Here’s what we need…

• Dog Food
• Blankets
• Towels
• Sheets
• Men’s and Women’s clothing of all kinds (specifically Men’s Winter coats, socks and underwear) – condition is not important on linens or clothes so clean out your closets!

 Southern Events is Showcasing 4 Unique Looks

For those of you still on the hunt for a unique wedding venue, you need to check out Sunday’s Nashville Venue Crawl.  A perfect opportunity to visit four of Nashville top event venues in one afternoon as each will be staged for an event, complete with catering, cocktails, and vendor displays.  Included in the crawl – Houston Station, Ruby, OZ and the Bridge Building.  Southern Events will be showcasing top trends in wedding decor at Houston Station for our part of the crawl and we are super excited to share these with you!
