Farmhouse-inspired weddings and events are very of-the-moment, and for good reason! This trend is classic, fresh, and uber-relaxed. Perfect for a gathering of friends and family that is down to earth (literally) while being effortlessly stylish.

We partnered with the Gifford Collective at Meadow Hill Farms, where we used some of our favorite neutral rentals to bring this Southern Farmhouse look to life. The tablescape features our Sophia Flatware, Artisan Dinner Plates and Artisan Dessert Plates, Madison Glasses, and Havana Ecru Napkins.  Fresh bread wrapped in butcher paper serves as place cards (love!), while cream, greenery & silver accents atop a Farm Table, paired with our Cross-Back Chairs, created an elegant and approachable Southern Farmhouse table.  The ivory and handpainted wedding cake sits on our Fruitwood Round Cake Plateau as a tempting finish to the delicious meal one can imagine enjoying here.

Graystone Quarry’s signature glass doors inside of the Hillside Pavilion have been the quiet and reverent observers of vows exchanged. Here at Southern Events, we love a modern tablescape! While modern can sometimes mean stark or cold, your table design can have a modern feel and still be elegant and timeless.  With earthy elements, luxe fabrics, clean lines, and ghost chairs, we created three modern Southern tablescapes to inspire you.

#1 Modern Luxe Tablescape

Moody and glam, our modern luxe style features our Black Dupioni LinenCarrera Marble Dinner Plates, Cybil GlasswareSofia Flatware and Glass Chargers with Gold Rim. With lush velvet fabric and a delicate color palette, our latest Parisian Romance inspired styled shoot was a true delight. We worked with the awesome team from Events by Janie and Ravenswood Mansion to style our distinct Nashville rentals into a love and lace-inspired look.

The scene was set with cameo blush velvet linens draped atop bistro tables – a romantic way to welcome guests to any Southern wedding. For the tablescape, our Bloom Chiffon Runner and Sophia Flatware  were paired with our Beaded Belmont Charger for a classic and feminine design (topped off with a dinner napkin folded into a rose!). Pure Glassware was set atop our Fruitwood Farm Table where our Adeline Dining Chairs completed the Parisian romance style inspiration. We can’t wait to bring this to our couples in 2019!

Southern Events Party Rental Company has large quantities for the most massive parties and biggest balls in the south! For Carly and Wilson’s big day, the couple gathered hundreds of their friends and family to celebrate in grand style in the Tennessee countryside. We were honored to work with the teams at Firefly Events and Enchanted Florist to outfit The Barn at Sycamore Farms in style with some of our newest rentals, including our specialty event bar, the Harpeth!

Guests were welcomed into the luxe barn with our comfortable lounge furniture – the perfect spot to enjoy cocktails or take a seat while waiting for the ceremony to begin. Our Santorini Off-White Sofa and Santorini Off-White Loveseat were set around our popular Brown Barnwood Coffee Table – the perfect display of modern and rustic.

Our Boxwood Walls helped family and friends find their seats – we just loved how each escort card was thoughtfully placed! Guests were encouraged to grab a drink at one of our Harpeth 8 ft Curved Bars that was on display. And, yes, that’s a custom wedding monogram featured on the front. This personal touch goes a long way – whether it’s your wedding logo or company logo – Southern can add it!

Each specialty event bar was truly decked out with more than enough glassware for the hundreds of guests – those signature drinks looked mighty fine in our Gatsby Coupes.

Dinner featured our Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs with a comfortable ivory cushion at each place setting. Our traditional Abby Flatware was gorgeous and placed alongside the popular Darcy Bone China Charger, with a Pink Dinner Napkin to complete the design.
