Style Shoot Request Form

Thank you for connecting with Southern Events about your style shoot – we look forward to learning more about your ideas! We get tons of requests for style shoots and simply can’t fulfill everyone of them. Here are a couple things to keep in mind as you fill out the form below:

Creative, unique designs that showcase new trends are our favorites! We love to collaborate on designs as well and are happy to brainstorm with you.
We request that all rentals items be from Southern Events. We are happy to work with other vendors but want to avoid confusion about who provided what items (particularly when companies offer the same or similar items).
Mid-week shoots are ideal! More of our inventory is available during the week when you are not competing with weekend events.
Please avoid late-night, after-hours or Sunday delivery or pick-up. Flexible delivery & pick up is another added bonus! This helps us keep our staffing costs down.
Please submit style shoot requests at least 4 weeks in advance of your proposed shoot date. The more lead time you can give us (3-4 months even), the more likely we will have room on our calendar for the shoot.
Lastly, we do request image usage from the shoot for our marketing (print, web, blog, social media, etc) – but when you have a great design and photos, who doesn’t want to show that off! We are happy to delay use if these photos are being submitted to any publications or blogs.
