Donation Request Form

Thank you for connecting with Southern Events about your upcoming event – supporting various causes in our community is important to us! For consideration of your event, please keep in mind the following as you fill out the form below:

  • We ask that donation requests are received at least 12 weeks in advance of your event. Our budgets are put in place annually, and while we review and adjust throughout the year, the more lead time we have on your event, the easier it is for us to make it part of our budget.
  • Please let us know how you can contribute financially to the event. Events that can pay labor cost and a portion of rental fees help us spread our donations and discounts to more organizations.
