Amanda and Chris’s Nashville wedding was a chic urban celebration with a classic cream and white color palette, gorgeous white hydrangeas and lots of light and love! We particularly love the wall of string lights the couple said ‘I do” in front of – courtesy of Bright Event Productions. Later, their sweetheart table was set-up here where Amanda and Chris dine together on our Delilah Loveseat (newly made over with ivory upholstery!) – she fits great with our Mini Farm Tables. Simple and stunning!
The photos below are from the super talented duo behind Nashville’s Q Avenue Photography – husband and wife, Brad & Jen are we look forward to partnering with them on future weddings!

The people behind Local Table believe in fresh local and tasty food. They also know they need a great table to serve from and asked Southern Events to help out for a recent shoot for their magazine. Christina Logan Designs was the brain-child behind this cool California Chic design. Think of this as farm-to-table meets relaxed rancher where a natural color palette blends with bursts of red, yellow and orange (be in food, flowers or a bonfire). We kinda love it. A lot 🙂

While we spend a lot of time on large productions including weddings and events with hundreds of guests, this style shoot reminded us how much of an impact a single, well-set table can have. An event is like interactive theater – one with a carefully designed set, lighting, colors, and space. The food, drink and dialogue give you a plot and actors/party-goers to bring everything to life.
Frenzel Studios capture this beautiful play in the images below – one in which to laugh, drink and be merry 🙂
